WindWorks Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) allow you to participate in the benefits of Oklahoma's wind power.  RECs serve as a receipt for every 100 kilowatt hours (kWh) of renewable energy that is delivered to the transmission grid and represent the enviromental advantages of clean, renewable Oklahoma Wind Power.

By purchasing just one REC each month (just 50 cents per month!) your family will have the same environmental impact as planting half an acre of trees or not driving your family car from New York City to Los Angeles.
